A small deposit secures your treatment dates. The remaining balance is paid at the clinic — by cash, card or bank transfer — never before you arrive.
Do I need a visa?
Most nationalities can enter Türkiye and Thailand visa-free or with a simple e-visa for a short medical stay. Your coordinator confirms your specific requirement once you book.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes — many patients bring a companion. Tell your coordinator and we'll add their flight and hotel to your all-inclusive quote.
What if I need to cancel or change my dates?
Tell your coordinator as early as possible — dates can be rescheduled at no cost outside the final 7 days before travel. Deposit refund terms are confirmed in writing before you pay.
How long do the video follow-ups continue?
Typically at 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after your treatment. Your doctor confirms your exact schedule before you fly home.
Am I obligated to book once I get my quote?
Never. Your personalised quote is free with zero obligation — you only pay the deposit once you decide to move forward.
