1. What HealVoyage is (and isn't)
HealVoyage is a medical travel facilitator. We connect you with independent, accredited healthcare providers in Türkiye and Thailand and organise the travel around your treatment — flights, accommodation, transfers, translation and coordination. Medical care itself is provided by the partner doctors and hospitals, who remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and outcomes.
2. Quotes & pricing
Quotes are personal, all-inclusive and fixed once confirmed in writing. A quote is valid for 30 days. 'From' prices on this website are indicative package starting prices; your personal quote may differ based on your case.
3. Booking & payment
Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you explicitly confirm your treatment plan. Payment schedules, methods and any deposit terms are stated clearly in your written quote before you commit.
4. Changes & cancellation
Plans change — especially around health. You may reschedule or cancel under the terms stated in your quote. If a partner doctor advises against your procedure after in-person examination, you receive a full refund of any treatment amounts paid.
5. Medical suitability
All treatments are subject to medical assessment. Information on this website is general and does not constitute medical advice; final suitability is always determined by the treating doctor.
6. Liability
We choose our partners carefully — accredited facilities, verified credentials — and we stand behind our coordination services. Clinical care is governed by the treating provider's professional liability and the laws of the treatment country. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Your data
How we handle your personal and medical information is described in our Privacy & Patient Confidentiality policy, which forms part of these terms.
